1.1 Subject of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ch222 and any user of this platform. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When creating an account, you must provide the following information accurately:

• Date of birth (must be 21 years of age or older)

In the event of false or incomplete information, ch222 reserves the right to suspend account verification and approval.

You are fully responsible for any transactions or activities carried out from your account, unless you had promptly notified us of an account compromise.

3.2 Account Verification

ch222 may request the following documents at any time for identity verification (KYC process):

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in withdrawal requests and the account being temporarily suspended.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposit or withdrawal requests below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests on ch222 are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This process is faster for accounts that have completed verification.

In some circumstances, withdrawals may be slightly delayed due to verification requirements. The ch222 support team will notify the user in such cases.

4.4 Ownership Confirmation

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not the sum of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = after placing a total of ৳30,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• One account cannot use each promotional offer more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• ch222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of fraudulent intent in claiming bonuses is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The ch222 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active gaming. Separate terms apply to each VIP benefit.

6.1 Game Result Integrity

All games on ch222 are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, verified by a third party. The outcome of every game is determined completely impartially and independently.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled. However, ch222 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error or system issue
• An event is cancelled or abandoned
• A clear data entry error or technical fault is proven

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Using the platform for money laundering or channeling illegal funds
• Colluding with other users on bets
• Taking advantage of any system exploit not authorized by the platform
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party

If any of the above activities are proven, ch222 reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit all balances and winnings. The relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.
